As a business strategy and leadership consultant and coach, I work with young professionals, entrepreneurs and leadership teams around the world. With 12+ years of experience in marketing, research, and product development, I have had the privilege of working on diverse projects that have shaped my expertise. 

My journey began in the United States, where I honed my skills in strategic marketing and customer-centric approaches. The fast-paced environment fueled my curiosity and drive to continuously learn and improve. 

Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, I made the decision to move to Europe 8 years ago. This transition not only broadened my perspective, but also exposed me to different cultures, work ethics, and business landscapes. Embracing these experiences has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of global markets and adaptability in ever-changing environments, as well as a unique mindset on personal development and carving new paths.

Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant – my commitment to empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full abilities. Elias Salem Cherif – My Story

With over 10 years of experience in international project management, finance, and risk assessment across 15+ countries, I bring a unique perspective and expertise to the world of consulting and coaching.

Born and raised next to Paris, I have always had a deep curiosity for different cultures and a thirst for knowledge. This led me on incredible journeys across the globe, expanding my mind and skillset while living and working in various countries. These experiences have not only enriched my understanding of diverse business environments, but also broadened my horizons as an individual.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity of working with individuals from all walks of life. Christina Melkonian – My Story

I have more than 10 years experience in financial markets, investments and startups. My approach is sector agnostic, tranversal in terms of thematics and growth stages. I can capitalize on my various experiences which led me to develop complementory skills & expertise. 

After graduating from Paris Dauphine Dauphine University in Quantitative Finance, I joined the financial markets in equity trading desks. Working for big corporations such as Goldman Sachs, Covea or Deutsche Bank helped me adjust to high quality standards. I really enjoyed the energy coming out of these fast pace environments. 

After pivoting my professional career, I joined multiple startups at different growth stages and with different positions (COO, strategic project manager, HR Operations). Those helped me acquire a global vision of founders’ needs in terms of strategy, business vision, HR implementation, international expansion and funding.  

Beyond my professional achievements, I also wrote 2 published books and  graduated from a holistic therapy program in Paris that allows me to help people on their personal problematics as well. 
My passion for writing and spirituality allows me to connect on a deeper level to the magic of life.
